Designed to provide practical, general-use knowledge on what mould is, the hazards of mould
contamination, and the basic principles behind mould remediation techniques.
There is a significant increase in mould related litigation. As both the public and the workforce
are becoming more knowledgeable on this subject, the provision of appropriate training is an
integral part of all health and safety programs and is an essential component of due diligence in
the workplace.

- Microbiology of moulds, where they come from, the various species of moulds, causes and rates
of growth and toxicology concerns;
