This is an eight-hour course. The purpose of this course is to identify the goals of a useful investigation and outline the steps required to reach those goals. Training topics will include the purpose of the investigation, who should investigate, how to conduct an investigation, when to conduct an incident investigation/root cause analysis and legal obligations.
